Conrad Fisher

And normally I like the guy who, you know, kind of pushes the girl away a little bit.

You know, I'm thinking about Conrad Fisher here for a second.

But it's like Cam isn't yearning enough.

Cam isn't you don't feel that he really likes her, that he really wants to be with her, but he just can't right now.

Yes

... shows on Prime, so we're always messaging back and forth about the Housewives or, um, you know, Conrad Fisher or whatever.

And that's-

Yes.

What's up?

He looks like Conrad's brother.

If you take the guy who we saw in those Julia Set-

[laughs]

...

I'm down to bad people

... you know what I'm so excited to see, though? Is there are a lot of people d- in the whole love triangle thing where they're like, "Ah, Conrad's a bad dude.

He's toxic.

Maybe

... or if it's just that Conrad Fisher inspires-

Yeah

... that kind of depth.

We did.

And such good ones.

Yeah, and you know, obviously by popular demand our anniversary episode has to be Conrad Fisher related.

Um, and I'm gonna, I'm gonna get to this, I'm gonna complete this thought in a second, but I wa- I did wanna just stick on a couple of updates, follow-ups from the last episode.

I'm so sad that I didn't get to catch the screening for this because it was one of the movies I really wanted to see but just to hear that the reactions to Christopher Briney on screen were that big because I mean obviously everyone knows him from The Summer I Turned Pretty but like seeing him play a hateable character is definitely like a departure from what we've seen so far.

I saw one Letterboxd review, none of their characters act the same, but it was like, Conrad Fisher is finally Jeremiah Fisher in The Jewelry Ascent.

Oh my gosh.

I get it.

Uh-huh.

And she, spoiler alert, loves Conrad Fisher.

Yeah, so you guys were vibing.

She called you queen a few times.

... first question is always, I, I don't ask it.

It's not always my first question on an interview, but my, the question I really always wanna ask is what?

Team Conrad or Team Jeremiah?

So I knew [laughs] that when you picked-

him or something, right? And so, like, come on, Bella, you knew.

Okay, I'm going to open up the parentheses because I had a video that went mega viral that began with the question, was Conrad Fisher a virgin, yes or no, when he slept with Bella for the first time? And I think he might have been, like...

And people are like, he had condoms in his drawer.

I'm like, well, you should have condoms before you have sex for the first time.

38.

He's damn close, but he's literally, it's like if Dean Forrester from Gilmore girls and Conrad Fisher from the summer, I turned pretty, had a child and it grew up and turned into him.

But like grew up, grew up.

Cause damn.

Exactly.

So against that rigid, unchanging background, the biological and emotional changes in belly, Conrad, and Jeremiah become completely impossible to ignore.

You can't hide it.

You really can't hide the fact that you're growing up when you're standing in the exact same room where you played board games as a seven-year-old.

Right, which breaks the childhood triad immediately.

Yes.

And then Conrad, who has always been the brooding older figure, has crossed a line from typical teenage moodiness into something deeply cold and withdrawn.

He's like shrinking.
