So tell me a little bit about how you got into hypnotherapy, and was this something that you were always passionate about growing up?
I most certainly didn't know anything about kind of hypnotherapy or therapy in general growing up.
Um, probably in my mid-20s for different reasons, I started going to therapy, and I'll be honest with you, like while therapy has its place and it's wonderfully beneficial, um, I found that after years in therapy...
I had one week where I had my own therapy appointment, and then I had couples therapy with someone I was dating at the time, and then the therapist from the couples therapy had asked me if we could have a one-on-one session.
So I had one week with three therapy appointments, and it really kind of dawned on me that, you know, something's not working.
And, um, it took a while, but I came across hypnotherapy, specifically this type of hypnotherapy, which is a little bit different.
I mean, it sounds super cliche, but it absolutely changed my life, and it wasn't like I had the session and thought, "Oh, this is what I wanna offer." It was definitely a slow brew.
But in looking back and realizing that this is what turned the page for me, it helped me realize that that's what I wanted to bring to the world.

Do you remember the first kind of, uh, hypno session that you did to where it was kind of an eye-opening experience for you? Kind of share a little bit about your first time learning about this hypnotherapy, and what was the most surprising thing you learned from it?
