Alia PerryHostEric PerryGuestWe're not gonna go into depth on all of this right now, but the idea is when you know what you're doing daily what you need to look at weekly and when you have as needed resources available to you but not sitting on a flat surface you're going to feel so good and this applies not only to things like paperwork and goals and tasks but it applies to things like cleaning up a bathroom or a kitchen or a laundry room or starting a business all of that it works with the command central So here's our four steps we're going through tonight.
And this is one concept that it's completely different from anything I had ever learned in all of my declaring books that I'd read.

So we're going to identify the pile as a project, and we'll talk about how that changes the way we look at the pile.
I'll share how to do that, because this is something I didn't know how to do until I was well into my 20s.
And I'm gonna ask you a question in a moment and we'll give you a chance to share in the text chat.
Routines are things we do over and over and over again, okay? So like when we do the laundry or we check our email or we exercise, all those things are routines.
