A conversation with Chris Mulhare and Lee Dallmann.
Chris MulhareHostLee DallmannGuestThe only way to get a true break from, uh, ministry life is to leave, to go somewhere.
And I think after 10 years, since my last break, I'd got to the stage where I actually needed a break, where it felt like I've got no responsibilities for a few weeks-
... and I can just chill out and, um, not have any pressure of life or ministry and basically get into the rhythm of life again, get into a good rhythm of life, and that's why I took the break that I did.

Like, you know, I think when we talk about a, a longer term break, um, generally I would be talking a month.

Like if we took a month off, that'd be, we haven't done that very often in 35 years of married life and ministry.
