It’s been FOUR WEEKS since my last episode… so we have a lot to catch up on! This week I’m talking about what’s actually booking at Avandra Travel Services, from last-minute getaways and Disneyland…
But But what is actually booking? Let's get into the travel stuff because despite all the chaos, people
are definitely still booking holidays.
The interesting thing at the moment is that I'm seeing a real mixture.
I've had last minute bookings.
I've got a lady who flew out this morning.
There's something slightly chaotic about someone messaging and basically going, I need a holiday next week.
It was very stressful, but challenge accepted.
You know, last minute can sometimes bring up some brilliant options, especially if you're flexible with your airport destination or dates.
But I will always say this, don't automatically assume that last minute means cheap, especially if you're travelling during school holidays or you have very specific requirements.
Sometimes you get an absolute bargain over time.
The hotel that was available yesterday has disappeared today.
That's just how quickly travel can move.
And that's what happens, unfortunately.
Moving on to...

I don't think there will ever be a time when I come on this podcast and say,
nobody's asked me about Disney.
Disney is just permanently there.
And obviously, Disney has now opened up their availability up until March 21st.
And I've been doing Disneyland Paris bookings, self-drive options, flights, different hotels, different family sizes, the lot.
And we're also getting into that stage where people are thinking further ahead.
