So, so the question is just, like, if you've got, like, a weakness-
... what are ways you can go...
Like, so if it's strength-wise, right, one of the first things you wanna look at is probably, like, is your technique equal in level at least to your strength?
If you're a beginner, it's not the end of the world that you have beginner technique.
Right? Like, uh, there's the more, like, weightlifting in- like, 'cause in weightlifting, if I said, "Max, you're gonna try to get to a 250 pound snatch."
The fastest way to get there is just go Garbo time, terrible technique.
Do nothing but powers.
But if I said, "Max, you want 350." Right?
The worst thing you could do is get to the 250 as fast as you can.
