Now for my next things you possibly perhaps didn't know, since 2024, there have been 13,500 Black women that have gone missing, and I'm sure the number is higher than that.
And I was watching a video, Rickey Smiley did a little video on it, um, and he was talking about that, and he was just saying, you know...
And I, and I say a lot on my podcast that I really want people to be very cognizant of your surroundings, and everybody has to be protected, even if it's just a stun gun Do you know what I mean? Even if it's a stun gun, even if it's a little blade, something like that.
Now, with women with blades and stuff like that or whatever, you have to get too close up on somebody to, to use that.
But like a stun gun or a taser that shoots the things out, you gotta be protected and look around.
There are no white hoods, you know? So people just looking regular, you need to look around.
When you're at, when you're at a grocery store, when you're at the laundromat, when you're anywhere, anywhere you are, make sure you look, you're looking around, you're checking your surroundings, because there's just so much stuff happening right now.
She had mental health issues, and her mother called the police to come and help her pretty much and just say, you know, "We need to go ahead and admit her to the hospital." Not sure why the mother called the police to help her for a mental health crisis.
But whenever the police came and got her, she was, you know, real, not really combative, but she was just more so like having an episode, mental health episode.
Put her in handcuffs and put her in the back seat, and they did not close the door all the way.
Whenever they did that, about a m- a mile up the road, the young lady fell out of the car and just busted her head.
So just letting you know, like, you know, especially when you have children or you have mental health crisis that's not treated, it's a sad, sad, sad story.
But there just seems to be less and less concern for human life right now, and especially whenever it's dealing with Black women.
And since I'm a Black woman, you know, I just feel some kind of way about it, of course.
Um, but again, you know, my podcast is not about racial things, but I just felt that I needed to say that because it really is for all women.
