Well, I've been thinking about doing a podcast theologically centered, themed for, I'd say, probably three years.

So I did a little research along the way, and then some people here on our staff, they knew some things.

But when COVID hit, we found ourselves suddenly curtailed pretty severely, some more or less than others.

But there's that March of 2020, April of 2020, things were really kind of shut down, and I thought, well, I've got time on my hands now, because we were not meeting at a church.

And if you've listened for a while here, you've probably heard this portion of the story.

I ran across an article or maybe it was another podcaster who was way far down the road than me.

I can't remember, but it was said in podcast world, the worst month in podcasting world history to start a podcast was April of 2020.

And then people either don't gain an audience or just don't keep doing it for whatever reason.

The one thing about podcasting is you, at least for me, you have no sense of who is out there, except for people who might send us an email or catch me at church on a Sunday who listen.
