I feel like I'm making zero progress, and the mental toll this has taken on me has shattered me.

I feel bad because it's so hard to resonate with something like celiac and gluten-free until you're in the position of having to be conscious of it.

I was planning – this will come out after, thankfully, but we'll be in Salem this weekend.

And I – booked us reservations specifically around locations that had gluten-free ease of menu and like even taking those extra steps i don't find it frustrating it's overwhelming to have to do it because of the guilt and like i feel bad that that is the situation like i don't care having to do it um but i'm like what can i do like what even can be done i i thinking, I was like, I told her, I'm like, we just need to become better cooks to be able to, but like, she's not a cook.
