a lot of clients one-on-one, a lot of clients still from Luxembourg.

Luxembourg is corporate clients, so I used to do a lot of corporate workshops and talks as well.

So I'm trying to kind of bring this also over here slowly.

And to me, over the years now, ever since I became a mom as well, there has been a big shift.

When I started being interested in nutrition, for me personally, but then also now throughout the years working with women...

Before I would tell you, this is your meal plan, this is what you need to do.

And if you don't stick to it, I would be, we need to adjust it.

Whereas now I'm starting to see it's much more food to me has become much more of a mirror of the relationship we have with ourselves.

It's a

lot of women don't have good relationships.

Yeah.

And so ultimately...

They really don't.

Yeah.

It's about just really seeing how am I, am I over-controlling, trying to over-control my life with nutrition? Yeah.

Am I maybe escaping my life with nutrition? Am I maybe soothing myself

with my nutrition? Dark chocolate.

Yeah.

So it's all of these things.

And none of that is bad per se.

It's about actually becoming aware of it.

Because when we start realizing...

Be aware when they eat each mouthful.
