The first one on my list is Escape Plan.
So I've only played Escape Plan once, and I played it at Grid Con about two or three years ago with a good friend of mine, Martin.
Um, m- managed to, to kind of show the game off, and I've been wanting to play Escape Plan.
But in sense, it's a, it's a game where you've just pulled off a heist, right? And you're trying to escape the city, you and your fellow, um, kind of teammates, um, who are obviously kind of your opponents as well.
And you're trying to escape the city, uh, through any means necessary.
And the, the main board's got these basically big hexagonal tiles on there, and you're exploring them, and you're trying to get out and trying to move around to the different kind of districts and get the terrain all kind of mixed up.
But obviously the police are after you, and you're building up, um, a lot of kind of, uh, disguises and ways to evade the police and also kind of maybe shaft each other a little bit as, as you go.
And, and effectively try to escape, uh, out of one of, I think, three routes out of the city.
So you kind of know where the three routes o- routes are, but you don't quite know which one is the actual escape.
So you've got to kind of put this escape plan together so you can get the money and get out, because some of the money that you've, you've heisted has had to be stashed somewhere in the city.
So you're trying to basically get as much loot as you can and get out.
Um, the premise of the game, uh, is pretty much that, and it's probably the most un-Lacerda-like Lacerda game, um, that I've played, which is gonna not mean, uh, a lot to some people who haven't played Lacerda games.
But it's very different.
It's, um...
Yeah, the theme of it's kind of very different, um, because a lot of his other games are quite economic and, and things like that.
So it plays very different.
But I had a, I had a really good time with it and...
But I think, I think for me it's probably in the C or D tier.
Definitely on the lower end.
And I have to say this.
I have to say that even if I'm putting a Lacerda game in the D tier, it does not make it bad at all.
I think most of his games are, are pretty fantastic, and this is why this is so difficult to, to rank.
Um, so I think I'm gonna put that in, just because I had a great experience and the one time I've played it, I'm gonna put that in the C for now.
These might change, because I can change my mind.
I'm allowed, right? Uh, hopefully.
