I want to talk about a topic that's been on my mind for many weeks, maybe months, and that is a, a combination of two things going on in the world of work.
The first is this extraordinarily low level of employee engagement in companies and the lack of trust that employees have with their employers at the moment.
And I verified a lot of this amongst young people this weekend when I was with a wed-- at a wedding with a lot of younger working people and talked to my nieces and nephews and others in the early stages of their careers.
And then the second is the impact of this massive in-- affordability crisis or inflation that we're experiencing.
