So you were swimming, you were doing all these other activities.

What was your first introduction to jujitsu?

I forget how it actually happened.

Like I, well, also I used to do like karate, Tiger Shulman.

Oh, okay.

Which they're growing now.

Like now they're like a bunch of things.

I think they transitioned into like more of like an MMA.

Yes.

Because that MMA, once that began, karate wasn't the cool thing to

call it.

Right.

But it's weird because when you see them at like, when I see them in a grappling industry, it's still in my head.

I'm like, Tiger Shulman.

No. Oh, yeah, they'll be like doing jujitsu.

And I'm like, that is so weird.

But anyway,

yeah, in the beginning, they did have like basic grappling.

Yeah.

Before I started jujitsu, I was still kind of.

Oh, OK.

A little bit.

Yeah.

And then I remember I just kind of enjoyed that.

And I think my dad realized that and I was boxing at the time and I realized I didn't like getting hit in the face.
