Think the key thing you touched on there, which I think is a big difference between sports psychology working environment and not working environment, is the language and the simplicity of the language, and the language being related to actually what's happening on the pitch.

And there's something you touched on there, which is linking it to behaviors that you want to see.

There'll be coaches listening to this, people of all areas really, but it's that big question around sports psychology, always been how does it integrate? And I think the trap has always been if not doing that, you will be pigeonholed into the counselor type who's in the office, and someone's struggling, go see so and so.

We have to react to some of the things that are going on, and there's players definitely in struggling places where they need that one-on-one consultation, but there's an area which is rarely touched on, I think, in the field of sports psychology in football, which is the proactive part of what are we doing to get out the office, to get involved, to implement psychology into the football environment.

And like we were saying, the language is everything, and the way it translates to the actual physical behaviors on the pitch is everything as well.

It's really interesting talking to yourself because I'm kind of doing the same job at the moment, trying to do what you've done.

The, the simplicity of the language, and I, I'm doing at the moment, is having three things really to focus on because I think as psychologists we're almost too clever for our own good.

We've got all these long terms and all these long constructs and blah, blah, blah.

It starts with, you know, like who I am, not my job title, and then our currency is trust.
