So when I first opened up the meditation, the person, the figure in the meditation that represents you and I, you and me, we were walking and it was night.

And we are having a new moon at the end of the week, like I said, so this does feel like we're in the dark of the moon.

And the star that landed at our feet was a gold star, but a bit bigger and actually physical.

It was a star in the sky, but when it landed at our feet on our path, we picked it up with our right hand and it was like a mirror, like a physical golden mirror in the shape of a star reflecting our face.

And we were holding it with our right hand, our hand of action, our hand of movement, of bringing that inspiration into physical reality, our hand of connecting to the outer world.

And there's so much symbolism with a star, a shooting star, a falling star, a gold star.

I mean, first, of course, a gold star could be something about a celebration, a reward.

But I do want you to connect the meaning of the gold star, falling star, shooting star yourself.

Could it be a reminder of your connection to the universe? Is it a dream or a wish coming back to you? Is it hope? Is it a reminder of divine intervention? I feel that this can be very personal to each of us, that this star symbolism is something that you need to interpret for each one of you.

Intuitively, right away, seeing ourselves in this fallen shooting star at our feet as it turned into a mirror, this really felt like an invitation: an invitation to do some energy work with a mirror this week, where you get grounded, and that can be through your breath, through your favorite grounding practice.

If you connect to the Earth, visualizing that Earth energy connecting to your feet, connecting to the base of your spine, maybe even using your breath, breathing in through the nose, out through the mouth, maybe in that pattern, that box breathing pattern of four counts, holding, and then breathing out for four counts.

But not making it a huge practice of the grounding part, but making sure that you are kind of coming back to yourself before you begin.

So getting grounded through your breath or other ways that you like, and then you sit or stand, whatever feels more comfortable, in front of a mirror.

And you can light a candle if that helps you feel more grounded as well and more focused.

You look at your face, your eyes, and you try your best to view yourself through love.
