20 to 40 pounds is probably ballpark average with Crystal Palace being closer to 20 and Brixton probably being in the thirties.

I don't like to take too much risks because if you take too many risks in this environment, you can fall over pretty quickly.

Though some of my colleagues have really pushed me to increase the variety of pricing of our offering now variety is key because the baseline for me needs to stay at an affordable amount i would put that for me i think 14 to 15 pounds for our cheapest takeaway bottle is fine.

I think if you go underneath that, you're competing with supermarkets, which is just not what we do.

That's like saying that the artisan bakery down the road competes with the bread section at Sainsbury's.
