Actors on set: Luke Karmo

All right.

So Luke, so with all these accomplishments and all these parts that you've been given so far, what would you say has been an obstacle that you had to overcome?

Yeah, that's a really great question.

I appreciate you asking this.

I think for me and probably for a lot of independent filmmakers, actors, creatives, the biggest thing is, you know, how are we going to support ourselves while doing the thing that we love? You know, it's like...

where we're at right now you know we may make a little bit of money doing this but certainly not enough to you know support ourselves uh in today's you know modern world um so it's really that balance of you know we have our other jobs but that's really just funding this passion that we have and um yeah that's I would say definitely the biggest obstacle that I've had so far because it's not just, you know, me or, you know, one individual person that has this problem.

It's basically all of us that are working together and we all have to, you know, balance our jobs, this thing that we love, our schedules.

And, you know, a lot of times it doesn't work.

There's been a lot of projects where I've had to pass on because I just couldn't make it work with my, you know, work schedule and all these other things.

Um, but when the stars do align and everybody can come together and, uh, work on these things, uh, I feel like we always end up making magic, you know? Uh, and yeah, that's why I keep coming back to it.

I just love doing it.

Awesome.

Thanks for sharing that.
