All right, y'all, tonight in a world, and certainly in my world, that is crying for so much compassion, so much love, so much understanding, so much easeIt seems like it's important to look at the wounded healer, to look at the wounds, to look at the trauma, and then to look at the solution that always is and always will be.

I don't know if I talked about this on air yet or not, but they did a test recently, and they were able to measure people's frequency, how high they vibrated, and different things.

They would test everything from hate to anger to love to lust to just a whole myriad of different things.

And the one that vibratus, the high- vibrated the highest shocked me, 'cause it wasn't love.

Are you being real? And then, you know, that brings up a whole bastion of other possibilities of what is real? What's my authentic self? Is it where I am here and now in this manifestation, in this expression? While that could be certainly true on one level, one of the great gifts that I have and also one of the great curses that I have is I can see a person's essence, a person's soul expression.

Is that their most authentic self? It's so, so hard, because the truth of the matter is, unless you're being authentic, you can't be love.

And if you're letting other things supersede the frequency of love, then you run into all kinds of things.

Fear also cast out intelligence, cast out goodness, cast out all thought of beauty and truth." And that's the thing.

So often in this world, we are incredibly driven, incredibly motivated, incredibly devoted, attached almost in a love affair with our fear, with our trauma, with those things that [sighs] we've experienced in this lifetime or in previous lifetimes that keeps us away from our own joy, from our own happiness, for our own compassion, for our own love, for ourselves before, after, and during anybody else.

Our own fear, our own trauma and drama keeps us away from loving ourselves, from loving our world, from loving.

How often do we relegate ourselves? Do we allow ourselves to falter to the default setting, the one that says, "Oh, this is familiar.

It's not bringing my life peace or love or ease, and yet it's familiar, so I'm gonna remain in love with my trauma.
