If you don't mind just taking a moment and introducing yourself to the listeners.

I'm happy to do that.

Rachel, thank you so much for having me here on your show.

It's been a pleasure to get to know you and spend some time talking to you.

So, yes, I'm Renee Swanson.

I run the Covert Narcissism podcast.

My focus is on that.

And I've been doing that now for quite a while.

I want to say maybe about eight years, but it has developed into quite a community.

It's a CNG community where neighbors are helping neighbors, survivors are helping survivors, which was my passion from the very beginning, was to create an environment where we can lean on each other, be there with people who get it, people who have been through this.

And so that's the work that I do, and I love navigating it and working with all the different the survivors of this.

My education in this field comes from life experience.

It does not come from licensing.

I am a life coach, but it comes from years and years of living it, decades of living it and going through this with my husband and with my boys, but then also all the many people that I've worked with, all the survivors and the clients that I have that are now trying to dig out from under all of this.
