As always lots of great music in this episode. Lots of new excitring developments coming from Indie Launchpad, which should be available now, including a new artist page, which tracks all reviews and…
That was Elephants and Stars, and that's the track of Halfway Houses and Ambulances.
That's a track I keep stumbling over the title for some reason.
Yeah.
The album was actually out on the 19th, Philistine Vulgarity.
I must have missed that.
So many albums and stuff coming out.
But I'll cycle back on that and have a listen to the album.
But again, I mean, as you know from this episode of Indie Launchpad, this is all about kind of singles.
Most of these come via various sources.
A lot of them come from Instagram, just me kind of finding out new music and kind of wanting to feature it in the singles podcast.
As I then kind of get EPs and albums, you know, again, I'll review the bands again if it catches my ear.
But, you know...
this is kind of just an additional way of kind of getting the music out there apart from the reviews because I find a lot of the times I used to do these podcasts every week but it's getting kind of a struggle to get the amount of material to get this every week a lot of it is kind of trying to get the permissions from the various people that are required because nothing that gets featured in any launch pad has it gone through the process of kind of making sure I get the right permissions from the right people so again that kind of holds things up so I went with kind of the monthly format but then I found I was missing tons and tons of music I did start featuring a couple of the singles but then you know By the time the next month comes around, there's so much stuff out there, it's hard to keep on top of.
So I think I've found a somewhat happy medium of every other week.
So we'll see how that goes on for the next few months.
