Vincent O'BrienGuestSarahHostYes, and in fact, I feel like many people listening to this might think that it's not very realistic for customers to, well, first to know that they need to ask all these questions and they have to find out.
And also maybe they feel intimidated to ask, you know, the companies like Octavian or even their own merchants to provide all these questions.
And so what's your opinion on that?

I think one of the things that I feel is we need to educate the industry a lot more about storage.

But the one thing that has hit me from dealing with the Institute of Masters of Wine, dealing with merchants, that is how little they understand what we do and the, and how importantly, we're part of their process, they're part of ours.

I don't think, I think it's moved on a lot since I first came down here, but when I first arrived here, I found that it felt like I'd gone backwards in the logistics side of the world.

From where I'd been dealing with more fast moving goods, a fraction of the value, and certainly a lot less emotionally involved, But it felt like we'd gone backwards because this industry was further behind where everywhere else was.

And it's got better, but it's still a long way behind the rest of the logistics world, partly because there's a lack of that understanding and that end-to-end process is being as good as...

And it starts, you know, to be fair to the industry, it starts from... from the producers and the flow of information from there just makes all of the rest of it.

And if they don't know how to answer it, they probably know someone who does.
