And so what's your opinion on that?
46:03
Wonderful.
46:06
I understand that and I do.
46:09
I think one of the things that I feel is we need to educate the industry a lot more about storage.
46:16
Again, if we go back to the first question, we are the uninteresting bit.
46:22
But the one thing that has hit me from dealing with the Institute of Masters of Wine, dealing with merchants, that is how little they understand what we do and the, and how importantly, we're part of their process, they're part of ours.
46:40
It needs to be a little bit more combined.

But it is,
11:15
What do you do with this waste then? Are you able to recycle it?
11:18
Everything that we send away is recycled.
11:21
The bigger issue from all of this is there's no standardisation on what quality packaging we should have.
11:27
Some packaging would be fine if it's a quick maturing wine that's going to be drank fairly young and it's going to be through a warehouse and through a consumer in a very short order.
11:37
But I don't think there's enough differentiation within this sustainability argument about the different types of aging the wine and how long the wine can go on for.
11:46
The best way I can compare it to it's like having a paint job on your car that's not going to last the life cycle of the car.
11:52
You're going to have to get it painted a couple of more times.
15:30
Can you give us more of an overview of what that currently looks like and where you would like that to go?
