MERIT, Marc Jacobs Beauty and Our Top 3 Treatments Worth The Money

which is so freaking crazy this is guys so i'm going to give you a little catch up on these two brands but let's start with merit so merit is the leading i would say like minimalist beauty brand and it's going to be available only at sephora australia and new zealand in store and online from wednesday the 30th of september with early access for sephora app users for beauty pass members from monday the 28th of september oh yep so We actually talked about Merit on, I think, like our first ever I'm Glowing Out episode.

Because that's when they launched their shipping to Australia.

Yeah.

So they actually, the brand launched in 2021 with a really loyal global community.

Thanks to like their very thoughtfully curated collection of makeup, I would say.

Like they don't come out with a whole bunch of new products all the time.

Everything they come out with really fits seamlessly in with their kind of like minimalist routine.

Yeah.

It's very well thought out.

Totally.

And it's makeup, skincare, and fragrance.

And at the heart of the brand is simplicity, it's ease, it's luxury, it's kind of understatedness.

And it launched direct to consumer, you're right, a couple of years ago, about two years ago.

Kay and I are both major fans of Merit, but I get a lot.

dark yeah a little bit sometimes but now now you get to go and try them in sephora which is so exciting so let's talk about the products you'll be most familiar with that you might have seen kind of on socials that you might have seen us talking about so look my three favorites i'm gonna start with the minimalist it's like a foundation and concealer stick in one it's so good it's really really good it's like again kind of a sheer but buildable formula kind of just evens out skin tone it's got like a medium sheer to medium coverage i'm gonna say really natural skin like finish people love this product it's like a ride or die for so many people because they're kind of famous for their five minute face yeah approach to makeup and this is one of those products where you can just like scribble it all over your face tap it out blend it out whatever you want to do and it just looks beautiful

it's a chunky kind of pencil pencil yeah and so it's just really easy to in a rush use because it's a bit forgiving as well yeah and

My next favorite, the Blush Balms.

They're so cutie.

They look like little dots, like little mounds.
