BONUS: Did Our Friendship Survive The Holiday?

And as part of that, I do national trips as well as international trips.

And this year, my national trip was...

Broom to the Bungle Bungles is the name of the trip on Intrepid's website.

It was unbelievable.

If you are considering travelling within Australia, I cannot stress enough how wonderful Intrepid is.

Like, honestly, the way they go above and beyond the trips and The catering, the guides, like I'm so passionate about this client.

It's insane.

But we basically spent five days jam-packed traveling the ultimate goal of getting to Pernalulu National Park and spending a few adventure-packed days there.

And then we also did the Mimby Caves and Tunnel Creek, Winjana Gorge.

Like we had an absolute ball.

And Ki is kind of a rock star.

Ki was in her adventure era.

Yeah.

Swimming through caves in the dark

spontaneously, might I add.

Oh my God.

It was a really beautiful trip, like connecting to country, being with each other, but also just on a personal note, kind of like finding myself again as a person away from being a mom.

It was just so special.

And We talked a lot about the fact that we don't often see a lot of Australia.

I think obviously being so far away from the rest of the world, you prioritize going internationally for your trips.

But I think now with cost of living and all of that, it is really nice to be able to do something domestically and reinvest our money into the local economy, which obviously overall helps us all, and see the most incredibly beautiful out-of-this-world places that are literally on our doorstep.

Crazy.
