And so, you know, I heard a couple of things like, first of all, they can see the value and they can communicate it well to their team.

But there's something you said there, which I found really fascinating, because in almost all cases, when we talk to folks, whether it's at trade shows, conferences, you know, prospects, people on the phone, booking calls, whatever, I don't know, 99 out of 100 have some sort of like job costing estimate job profitability system, whether it's Aspire, you know, LMN, Synced Up, Jobber, you know, there's a handful of other ones.

They're making sure the team's doing the job properly and they're monitoring all this thing.

I mean, they all say it's 80%, which is, Even if it's true, it's too high and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.

But it seems like there's lack of visibility and priority on tracking sales and marketing processes.

And what you just said was really interesting because the idea of being able to see how many leads are turning into quotes, how many quotes are turning into deals, how long does it take to be in a stage? What's our close rate by rep? What's our close rate as a company? There's this tracking idea, this information, you know, kind of eager owner that wants to understand this part of the business.

Was that like one of the big cruxes that you see in the most successful people? Absolutely.
And we see that in the industry that like, you know, they'll say, oh, yeah, we have a CRM, but it's not a CRM.
But they often completely lack that top of funnel, that broad scope of anyone and everyone who we're possibly doing business with, like leads from our website, phone calls, receptionists we want to be entering our leads into the landscape CRM, ads, referrals from like neighbor's information, neighbor's information on a napkin, all of that should be captured into the CRM so that we can track them through the sales process so that nothing's slipping through the cracks.
And the most successful clients are eager to see and understand their sales metrics because traditionally they haven't had any access into knowing that.
Like if you're using like a more operational tool, really the people who are getting into that tool, they've already made it through the sales process.
