I have been, yeah, we had a great chat last week, which really clarified a lot of things in my own head, and I have been working very much on my own kind of work boundaries and uh not my people pleasing and not trying to be all things to all people um and it's working really well and i i so i had a very now with with everybody uh getting ready for their kids to go back to school we're not as busy at the moment so it gives you more headspace to kind of think about what the things you'd like to to put into practice um But yeah, I've had a lovely, nice week last week and a lovely weekend.

I am implementing boundaries and having a little bit of a reset and just like I had.
