But as you have probably gathered from the title of this episode, it is time for our annual best year ever workshop.

But instead of spreading the workshop across multiple episodes like I've done in the past, I am bringing it all together into one big episode today.

Better yet, grab your peacefully productive planner because you're going to want to follow along, okay? So my hope for this episode is that you can use it as a resource to guide your yearly vision meeting.

And if you're like, okay, what's a yearly vision meeting? I got you, okay? Part of the Hustle St.

Lee planning system is doing a yearly vision meeting to reflect on the past year and intentionally create your vision and goals for the coming year.

So the purpose here isn't to map out every single detail of your year because that's overwhelming or to create some rigid plan that you have to stick to no matter what because that's not realistic.

It's to get intentional about what matters to you, make a plan that supports that, and give yourself a starting point for the year ahead, okay? So it's basically a vibey meeting that you hold with yourself so you can take some time to get clear on your vision.

and establish goals that align with the vision that you have so that you can spend your best time and energy living the life you actually want to be living.

You know what I'm saying? So I use the pages in my Peacefully Productive Planner to guide my yearly vision meetings.

The way that the planners are designed, you literally just have to open up to the vision meeting section at the very beginning and work through the pages behind the tab.

I want you guys to consider including your family in your yearly vision meeting, or this is what I personally do.

have a separate meeting with them so that you can set and work toward common goals together and cheer one another on for your individual goals.

So I like to do one big yearly vision meeting by myself and then a more like chill version with my husband, which, spoiler alert, that's actually the next episode that you're going to hear.

We do it together every year here on the podcast, but we'll probably start even including Everly when she's a little bit older because I want to model early on for her healthy goal setting.

Because listen, y'all, if there's one thing that I am determined to do in my life, it's to keep my little girl from ever falling captive to hustle culture.
