1/3 Projector Kellie Donoghue: Projector Mom, Manifestor Baby IRL

Carly talks with Kellie Donoghue, her friend since 6th grade and a 1/3 Splenic Projector. They cover waiting for her Manifestor baby's invitation, leaving a role that was built for a Generator when she felt burnt out and misaligned, what HER signature of success feels like as a Projector, the 26-44 and 10-57 channels, outer vision, and Gate 57, that comes with hearing patrol good enough to make her a one-woman alarm system. Carly has known Kellie since 6th grade, back when their French teacher called her Madame Bijou for the rings on every finger.  In this episode, Kellie shares how her 1/3 Projector design shows up in everyday life: - the blue light that shows up for her soul pup, Cyrus, within the first ten minutes - letting her seven-month-old lead, and helping only when he asks - the oil and gas job that felt like putting on a different face every morning - why success feels like every day, not bonus time - the Angel card that answered the question she asked in her head, not the one she said out loud - staring at white walls in a house built to face away from the woods - hearing something drop from a different floor of the house They also talk about lending other people her defined ego center, why “empowered” is her most-used word at work, and what it means to stand in front of a forest feeling excited instead of terrified. Stay tuned to the end for a little bonus live HOLY sh\*t moment from Spirit.  **In this episode:** - (00:00) 6th grade, Madame Bijou, and a 1/3 Projector - (02:32) Happiest outdoors - (03:43) A blue light and Cyrus - (05:48) Manifestors, huskies, and lone wolves - (10:27) Projector mom, Manifestor kid - (12:00) Variables and nonspecific manifestation - (15:02) A guide, not a manager - (16:53) The oil and gas “mask” - (18:10) What success feels like for a Projector - (24:31) The card that knew - (29:46) Helping people trust their gut and find their voice - (32:14) A defined ego: “never made me question whether I was a good actor” - (35:23) The 26-44 Channel of the Intermediary - (39:05) The 10-57 Channel of Perfected Form and outer vision - (40:26) White walls in the woods - (48:23) Gate 10, Gate 57, and being present - (51:16) Excited or terrified in front of the forest - (53:18) A Splenic superpower: hearing everything - (55:16) Puzzle pieces - (57:50) A one-woman alarm system - (58:54) Cyrus, one more time **Mentioned:** Nicole Pope’s episode of *Human Design IRL*, another 1/3 Projector.
