So for me, what really brings me lots of joy...

So what I've done today, I did a bit of work.

Now I'm having a lot of discussions with people about retirement.

So I'm 63, and a lot of people I know my age and younger have retired, and we can talk about that.

It's not something on my page.

I love what I do, so it's a real pleasure this morning to get up and do a little bit of work.

Then I do some fitness.

I do some fitness almost every day.

So this morning I was with my brilliant teacher, Fizz, and we did body combat and body pump heavy.

Both of them make me feel great.

I push myself.

I have a big smile.

And then I've come back, done a little bit more work, made some lovely food.

I think creating really nutritious, good, healthy food.

So that made me very happy.

And tonight I'm going to swim at the lake that I, one of the wild swim spots I go to.

I'm gonna go off to the lake and have a little sunset swim.

So all of those things brought me lots of happiness today.

But beyond that, another big part of my life that I haven't mentioned there is raving.

I've always been a raver, my whole life I'd say, definitely in the '90s, and now more than ever.

I absolutely love it.

So tomorrow we're going to a festival, and we're going to be dancing away for days on end, and I've done it for the last six weekends.

[laughs] I've gone at least once over the last six weekends, and I've got literally back to back...

I normally try to go twice a month, 'cause it is energetic and it is dancing for a long time, but I love it.

I love everything about it.
