Um, and for this p- special episode, we have a, a f- a free trailer coming on.
That, that's what I'm referring to everybody that is on the WhatsApp group as a, as a free trailer.
I was trying to think of names f- to call everybody that was part of that community, and one of them was Trail Homies, and I thought I would get absolutely destroyed by my teenage daughters if I tried, started calling people trail homies.
Um, so I've gone with Home Trailers, which could sound like a, a, um, like a [laughs] house-moving business, Home Trailers.
Um, [laughs] but anyway, that's a long-winded introduction for, for Louise.
So welcome to the podcast, Louise, who's gonna be my co-host.
Okay, yeah, and I'll caveat this is my first time as co-host, Sam, so we'll see how w- I get on.

Uh, yeah, so I'll, um, so, uh, I mean, when people come on the podcast for the first time, obviously you've heard me do the superhero question, so you, you're gonna get the superhero question.
... just, um, just briefly or however long you wanna spend on it, just, just introduce yourself to, to the listeners 'cause I, I know you through the, the WhatsApp community and stuff that goes on there, but people obviously aren't, aren't on that.
... introduce yourself so all the listeners know who you are and why you're l- legitimately on here to talk about UTMB.
