And then we do multi-res units, townhouses, and then we have high-end custom residential, which is anywhere from one to $5 million builds.

At what point are you in your career where you're like, I'm going to start a software company?

And then when I probably learned that it could be commercialized, and you know, people actually wanted this as a product.

That was when I knuckled down and bought a team together and kind of had to learn a lot about the industry myself and probably make mistakes to start with.

And then, yeah, when it started to get a bit serious, we employed some really high level people to help us build the product out in the team.
