transparent about the fact that keeping humanity at the center of a business is often a battle against numbers.

And what keeps you energized when you're constantly having to fight for the human element in a very high pressure
There are so many times when I myself want to give up and I'm like, okay, it's better just to ride with the tide than to actually go against it.
And my mom has always told me, as recently as just this week, like she keeps telling me the same thing.
And she always says that, Sabath, if you see something wrong in life, even if it is not happening directly towards you, by you seeing it and keeping quiet and not doing anything, it is in itself wrongdoing as well.
And I think also being in the people and culture team, seeing all the stories because of my role, I mean, I get to know all the troubles of, you know, everything that comes across my plate.

But I love this idea of kind of seeing them in the wider context of their world and imagining that at the end of the day, they go home and tell their partner or their kids or their parents about the experience that they've had in that organization.

And I think bearing that in mind is a beautiful way of bringing people's humanity into it because we also know that everybody's struggling with things.

you know behind the scenes there's all sorts of stuff going on in people's life that you have really often no idea about um and once you've been through a few of those things yourself i think you know it really it really helps bring that that humanity to the fore
very true yeah each person is fighting the battle just like us we're not the only ones in the world having our own problems everyone does as you said yeah So
