But colleges and universities are manic to have people believe that it's true, because they're looking around and they say, they're not making 18 year olds as often as they used to i wonder why that is i said maybe it's what you've been teaching for the past 60 years but they they've never asked me about that part so this is just speculation on my part but still people are urged and again back in the day the hurdle you had to clear or in gospel terms the narrow gate you had to enter was the dreaded sats And that was the ultimate divine judgment.

But recently, our friends at Thomas Aquinas College, in conjunction with John Hopkins University, did a little comparison between the verbal test of the SATs of 2026 with 1980.

The short version is they've very dramatically dumbed it down for the past 45 years.

But the promise is that even though they've expanded the narrow gate, you're still above average if you go to college, and that's the only path to happiness and the American dream and life everlasting.

About 10 years ago, economist Peter Schiff took a camera crew and they went to bourbon street in new orleans on a friday night which is an area renowned for its nightlife and he interviewed bartenders and waitresses and bouncers and pedicab drivers They all went to college, they all got multiple degrees, they're all massively in debt, and now they're working as bouncers and waitresses on Bourbon Street in New Orleans on a Friday night.

And that's my concern today, is there's another rampant lie, and we need to confront it.
