And I think sales, as much as I try to run away from it, it really is relationships.

And I think in this world of technology and all the fun stuff that we have helping us, it is a great help.

Now, if it wasn't for that, you know, but there is still that human component.

You know, in marketing, it's always no like and trust, right? You got to build no like and trust, right? And people hear it so many times that they just start to say, yeah, yeah, I know.

Even in the simplest things in our day-to-day lives, I use this example all the time that if I want someone to come paint my house, right? I'm going to check with my neighbors who I know they've had their houses painted, right? And tell me who you used and did you like them? Did they do a good job? Were they fair? You know, there's that whole trust piece of it.

It's building those relationships so that when they are ready for the thing, when they're ready to write that check or hand over that credit card or, you know, give you that purchase order, like you're the one because you have already established that.

And if you can't, you know, I had a client that would say, I want good news fast and bad news faster.
