I'm a technologist at heart, so [laughs] I'm gonna dig down and, and kinda show this, this interesting example, um, because I've hit this more than once.

Um, when you go in and the, the ask, the ask from, from either the, the provider or the payer is to integrate the systems, and here's a bunch of data, get the data to flow in.

So on the surface, it's like, okay, that seems like a very algorithmic nuts and bolts problem, right?

Um, and so I had a, a scenario where we were doing exactly that, and then in the background, someone on, uh, this was, this was an insurer or a payer, they were like, "Right now we're using PDFs, but we want to start consuming this data so we can do better analysis on it, so we can sort of do, uh, business intelligence and, and, uh, do these, uh, create these models." And so, yes, this is exactly what we're doing.

And then there was always this, "But right now our people, we look at PDFs.

This is, you know, they- they're not ready to retrain on this whole new system." And it just, uh, this is probably one of the first incidents that made me realize that, uh, you know, we might have been on slightly different planets here.

... was to disaggregate and, and, uh, you know, normalize this clinical data so you can do more powerful, um, you know, uh, use cases with it.
