... uh, both parties or both entities, and how do we bridge that gap? Um, I think the easiest way to, uh, the easiest way to understand what, what, uh, what I see as, as this, uh, you know, payers are, are from Mars and, and providers are from Venus sort of, uh, misalignment or, uh, or gap is that, uh, the data's the same, but different things or different, uh, processes are important to either side.

Chi Nguyen RettigGUEST
So for instance, on the clinician or the provider side, it's about care delivery.

Chi Nguyen RettigGUEST
And so the data, uh, the patient data is there to, uh, be able to, um, provide better care for the patient.

Chi Nguyen RettigGUEST
Now, that same or very, uh, looks like that same set of information is available or used by the payer or the health plan side, but they are, um, looking at claims and risk adjud- uh, adjudication and billing.

Chi Nguyen RettigGUEST
And so the types of, at the very low level, the types of identifiers, um, that they need, the types of, uh, data elements that are meaningful, um, may be slightly different even though they seem like they're the same on the surface.
