Welcome to Healthy Brain, Happy Body, a podcast from the Northeast Region Biofeedback Society.

My guest today is Dr. Jay Wiles, a licensed clinical and performance psychologist who specializes in helping people perform at their best under pressure.

Jay works with professional athletes, Fortune 100 executives, military personnel, and other high performers, and he's helping them optimize recovery, resilience, and their performance.

So Jay is also the Chief Health and Performance Officer at Ohm Health, and he's helping develop new approaches to heart rate variability and resonance frequency training.

He recently gave a webinar to the NRBS, and today we're going to talk about what he's learned about working with elite performers, some emerging ideas about resonance frequency in HRV, and why he believes biofeedback should do more than simply measure physiology.
