So I thought, well, let's just review the basics of hydration and how it works, what happens when we don't have good hydration in our body and ways that we can make that something that's easy to incorporate into your lifestyle.

Common signs that we're not drinking enough or incorporating enough water into our system.

And when you think about it, 60% of our body is made of water, 75% of the brain, and 80% of the blood.

So this not having enough water can really influence how your body works and create symptoms that, you know, if we're paying attention, we can address rather easily.

So water is going to help us do everything from deliver nutrients, remove waste, regulate your body temperature, lubricate your joints, support your digestion, maintain a good steady blood pressure, and support kidney function.

It's a really important part of creating energy at the cellular level, which is fascinating because we don't think about it as so foundational, but I've had people be able to increase their water intake and really feel a lot more energy throughout the day and very steady and really notice a huge difference.
