What do people do or what can leaders do to try to build that trust? And how does that come into play when you're doing this kind of experiential training?

So, you know, and there's always these kind of short snippets of definitions for things, right? But A couple of really quick points.

And that is, you know, I don't think team building and leadership development is real complicated.

But like I said, we have different definitions, different priorities, different dreams and so forth.

And so, okay, how do we get somebody to build trust? Well, it really starts with communications.

And the reason is that if you don't communicate, nothing else happens, right? We don't build trust, clarity, alignment, nothing.

We've all heard it, right? But how often do we really do that? And the reality is that most people think they're really good at communicating.

But the point is, is that most of us have to really work at it because as we get better and better at anything, we also start taking it for granted and we start minimizing the communications around it.
