When I was thinking about how to answer this question, I was really struggling to find the words.

I've always said when I was young, my husband and I were talking about who are the people that you keep in your life and who are the people that you let go.

And people are either choosing to grow or they're choosing to be stuck and repeating old patterns and being frustrated.

And when we think about readiness, we tend to like shift super fast into how do I get prepared? How do I plan? And as a former academic, how do we think, think, think and be strategizing? Right.

So if you are in the flow of life and alive, your aliveness is the space where you are growing.

And if you are rigid and stuck, that means that you've like stepped out of the flow of life.

I mean, honestly, Jenny, like a sociologist and your answer, it's filled on perspectives towards life.

The fact that you even dissected the framing of the question to into this idea of the to be, which, again, was always an incredibly intentional way of framing the question.

So for me to immediately feel that resonance with your response, just from the fact that you're looking at it more holistically, but also dissecting down the question too, what I love about that in terms of your response now more specifically is the first word that really jumped out to me was the choosing, the choice, the choice of.

You spoke to the level of potential awareness and potential intentionality towards remaining in the flow of life.

And that the stuckness comes more so from the lack of awareness to the disassociation with, if you will.
