You know, you shared a video recently about how you obviously became a mom, you loved being a mom, and yet you kind of found your, woke up one day and realized like, oh my gosh, like who is this body and who is this person? So I would love for you to share a little bit about what happened to you during your 40s and how you evolved.

And I feel like sometimes we gaslight ourselves by telling ourselves, well, this is just what getting older means.

I should embrace that this is the body I have today because I birthed two beautiful human beings.

So I feel like sometimes we tell ourselves those things to become more comfortable with who we've become, rather than, I think, looking yourself in the mirror and saying, no, this is not acceptable.

It's easier to be comfortable and to sort of accept and to reason that, look, I've got two beautiful children.

And I think I just looked at myself and all the clothes i could no longer wear and i looked at the mirror and i said i've become an auntie like a middle-aged auntie the way i dressed the way i moved the way i styled myself i think that the older you get and the more the bigger your body becomes the temptation is there to hide it under layers of clothing so i was looking at that version of myself and i think just really like i'm saying you know what i still have another half my life to live like i'm i'm 48 i think i was 48 at that time I said, I have another half my life to live.
