Morning Alignment for Friday, October 9, 2026

And seeing that it's Friday, we are in Venus' day.

That brings us into the energy of love, beauty, pleasure, connection.

Venus is the planet that harmonizes.

She brings together what belongs together and restores sweetness to what's been strained.

So I like to treat Fridays as a day to remember what feels good in my body, in my relationships, and in my business.

This is about remembering what makes your heart feel soft, what helps your nervous system settle, what brings you back to beauty, to meaning, to the deeper why behind what you do.

We're still in the first part of autumn.

As the green leaves begin to fade, other colors are showing up.

You may be noticing something similar in yourself or your business.

When life slows down even a little, you can sometimes see what was hidden under all the work, the pressure, the responsibility.

You may remember what kind of art you actually wanna make, or what kind of people you enjoy working with, or how you prefer to share your ideas.

Autumn gives you a chance to notice your own natural style again.

Maybe you prefer talking on a podcast to writing quick social media posts.

Maybe you love working with a small group more than speaking to a large crowd.

Pay attention to what feels more like you.

That information can help you build a business that you can stay connected to for a long time.

For a simple autumn practice, collect a fallen leaf that has changed color.

Place it in your art journal.

Let it remind you to notice what in yourself is changing too.
