So let's think about those people who are trying to get their smear and are like, mate, like the thought of doing that could not be further removed from my reality.

So let's talk about why let's talk about what people should be aware of so shout out to anyone that's like listening to this who um supports and does and does the smear test and wants to learn more from a different like more holistic perspective um and also for those then at the end i'm going to give you some top holistic tips that i've given in my book and i've given women on a one-to-one basis um So what we're really thinking about are tools that we need to work with in order to get the smear test, if that's what we want to do.

And I think it's really important to speak for those women because that makes a lot of sense.

And the people who deliver the tests are not always giving all the information that perhaps would help a woman to step into that.

And I'm going to give a couple of recommendations at the end of places that you can go to to get your smear test.

If, for example, you've experienced sexual assault, rape, anything like that, because that would allow for you to be heard and held in other spaces.

And I recommend that to clients and clients have been through that avenue and highly recommend it.

So what we're really going to talk about is what is actually happening in your body when we start to think about going for a smear test, what to do in the room, what to do if it doesn't work out the way you want it to go, and including how this absolutely is not your fault when it doesn't actually go to plan.
