Welcome in and back to the Granbury Kia Broadcast booth here on KHITS 95.5. Luke Backman and Brian Torres alongside myself as we're a little less than 20 minutes away from kickoff here tonight.

as let's look forward to what we're going to see on the field.

We set the scene before the last ad break, but let's talk about what we're going to see on the field in about a little less than 20 minutes or so.

Both these teams entering with a 2-2 record here in Week 5 of the season.

Granbury, we're going to talk about it for a little bit in the pregame, but as Brian said, we want to forget about what happened last week.

That was an Aledo Bearcats team that went into Granbury.

And 169 to nothing.

A tough day for the Pirates as they were only able to mount 42 total yards of offense.

On the flip side, gave up over 500 yards to Alito.

Again, it was a matchup that was highly talked about.

It was one that put the star on the schedule, but just didn't go Granbury's way.

But you hope it's a learning lesson for the Pirates.

I mean, whenever we were coming into the game, Clayton was telling us, he was like, you know what, Alito, they have two losses, they only have one victory.

We're coming in with two victories, one loss.

We might actually have a chance here.

We were pretty excited, pretty stoked.

That changed very quickly, so we are coming back.

Excited.

Yeah.

Very excited to check it out, especially because look at all the different people that are here.

Oh, I do see the Granbury Stoleways.

They're off in the corner taking pictures right now over here at Choctaw Stadium.

And you do have families that are starting to trickle in over there.
