Trauma Informed is basically something that I've experienced for the last 25 years where I didn't understand what trauma did to the body and what it what it does and how it affects every part of your world and every part of your body.

I didn't know, and all my friends and family around them didn't know why I was behaving the way I was either.

So I think that part of what I'm doing at the moment is making sure that, getting the word out that, What's happening? A lot of people go through traumatic events and they really don't have an idea of how to navigate through it.

So I think being trauma informed really allows you to get through what you need to do.

We talk about the bottleneck breakthrough method, which is a method that I came up with.

It was about recognizing the trauma because oftentimes we don't recognize it, like you said.

And if we don't recognize something, then I say we're living behind this veil of trauma because to our vantage point, we feel like this is true, this is real.

But we're actually looking, do you remember when we were kids and we had that kaleidoscope? And we looked through the kaleidoscope and there was a skewed perspective, right? Well, as we started walking through trauma recovery, that starts to clear up.

And basically my friends and family around me that hadn't experienced any traumatic events.

The fact that in the recent years, last 10 years or so with the internet, it's allowed me to reach out to people all over the world and just anecdotally hear their story.

And for the first time in many years, it's made me realize, hang on, I wasn't behaving in an unnatural way.
