Cary CarbonaroGuestTony SteuerHostUm, but I, I think something you said is so important is that you listened to what the women said, and I just wanna emphasize that because I think that is so essential that, but yet it's missed by so many people that when you're helping people, listening is one of the best skills you can bring to the table.

Well, and also, I always say, you know, um, that, you know, I'm a people person, right? And, and the reason that I am a people person, I, I, I love people, so I am interested in what they have to say because I wanna get to know them as a person.

Before I talk about money, before I talk about my expertise, before we talk about anything, I wanna get to know them as a person first.

So, um- The whole getting to know them and establishing rapport and all of that, all of that comes before any financial discussion or any financial solution or any solving any problems.
I'm just making a note, and I think that's so relevant now because we- we, you know, everybody's having the conversations about AI.
Is AI gonna replace financial planners and this and that? And, and I think that's something that AI can't do, is establish that same rapport and the same listening.

So I just wrote an article about d- on, for Financial Advisor Magazine, or fi- sorry, Financial Planning Magazine, um, that said, "AI can give you financial answers, but it can't give you financial confidence."

I think it's going to make my life easier because I'm going to get to use it to do things faster.
And I think, you know, for the financial planners out there, financial coaches, you know, whatever role you have in helping people, and even if you're not in financial services, all of us work with other people, is that that's the important thing to understand, is, you know, to separate out that, you know, are you establishing rapport? Are you helping people? Because when you're helping people with financial confidence, that means that you're helping them.
