Watch here: https://youtu.be/gTqs4SevC8U In Episode 269 of the Further Your Lifestyle podcast, host Chris explains why repetition is a key driver of long-term success…
So people love, I mean, I do, I think I can speak as a generalization that most people love breakthroughs, breakthrough moments.
We love when there's a launch, when there's a promotion, when maybe when there's an event or a race happening or a transformation or just a viral moment.
Like we all enjoy those things.
And those moments are usually byproducts of hundreds, if not thousands of repeated actions.
And I think when we look at it from that perspective, we sometimes forget that how we got there, the journey.
And we're going to be talking about this in another episode in probably next week, actually just talking about the journey to where we get to and then hindsight and what does it tell us, but that's next week.
But my point is long-term success isn't created by intensity.
It's created by repetition.
And as I said, this is the core component of this entire episode.
And I think there's a couple of areas that I kind of wanted to go through in the notes that I'd kind of taken down that I wanted to share my thoughts and opinions on.
