I'm trying to get the podcast done ahead of time, mostly because I'm not good at sleeping in general.

And specifically when anything's on the horizon, I can't sleep and I can't be productive.

OK, so this was very hard for me in general to sort of get after some of my chores and errands.

And I'm also, to be honest with you, not great at doing anything fun in the meantime either.

Like when I feel like something is coming up, I just sort of sit there and I just wait, you know, like you're at the water park.

and you want to go down the freaking loop-de-loop slide, and you're just in the longest line possible, and you just wait.

And I just, I, there's no reason I could easily be cleaning up or exercising or bathing eventually.

I could be productive or I would love to be able to take a nap or I would love to just be sitting and playing video games while I'm waiting.

I don't sit on my phone and I'm playing or I'm not writing any emails or I'm not thinking about anything.

I just... just pause screen dude like you just paused a video game there's just nothing there just hey we're ready and then i'm back so i don't know how i'm really going to continue to move or how i'm going to sleep but hopefully i can figure that out i'm just excited and uh and it's on the horizon so i'm in this little pickle and uh we'll see how that goes i i was trying to get my sleep right ahead of time The past couple of days, like staying up late, waking up early and then trying to get through the day.

And hopefully that would realign my circadian rhythm, but it didn't really affect me much.

So I decided I was going to go back to some sleep aid, you know, a little bit of melatonin, but not the melatonin, not the, you know, the show.

sort of stuff but the magnesium glycinate or whatever they call it sort of shut your brain off which is how i feel when i'm waiting but uh i'm also actively waiting you know like that's how sleep is in general you're just waiting to fall asleep i'm just waiting to get things done i'm waiting to have to go to the bathroom and then i'm just i'm waiting it's not nothing's there i'm waiting you know so somehow i'm i'm something and nothing at the same time and still not getting what i want but I got the magnesium stuff, and I was so excited because I've had it before, and I've had this specific bottle.

And I go over there because I'm winding down for bed, and I pop some of them in.
