Jailbreak - Jack Black with Dave Grohl and Chevy Metal (Hope United Gala Performance) - Commentary

Uh, on Saturday, October 10, Dave Grohl hit Lions Sound Stage of Hope, the Hope United Gala at Sheckling Studios in Hollywood.

It's a benefit for Hope the Mission and Los Angeles Missions, two group that help people experience his homeless.

Uh, Grohl played with a cover band, Chevy Metal, and they brought a bunch of friends along.

They adorable shared a clip of Jack Black joining them, and the caption alone was enough to make me hit play, uh, three times.

And now the set list.

The set starting with the My Sharona, uh, Driven to Tears, and Psycho Killer.

Then Black, uh, Kirsty joined for Don't Change, and Pat Smear came out for the Blitzkrieg Pop.

Then came Jack Black, who took on Jailbreak and The Wizard.

Uh, after that, John Mayer and Sam Smith joined for You Really Got Me.

And the night ended with a huge Sweet Dreams with several guests, including Mayer.

I mean, wow, that's a set list that feels like a dream rock night.
