So my answer usually surprises people, and the answer is, is nothing.

In fact, some of the best investment decisions you'll ever make happen to be the ones that you don't make.

So instead of spending your time glued to financial news, refreshing your investment app for the fourteenth time that day, I'd encourage you to do something much more valuable, and that is to read.

The lost art of reading.

In today's day and age of AI and Google and just the ability to access so much information at your fingertips, reading seems to have fallen off.

But there are some excellent books out there.

And I believe that when you read, you're not gonna find the next hot stock, but it's gonna change how you think.

And investing has always been much more about thinking than it is about predicting.

So today I wanna share seven books that I believe can help make you a better investor.

Investing is a thinking game.

One of the biggest misconceptions about investing is that success comes from finding better investments.

Usually it doesn't.

If that were true, everybody would own the exact same portfolio, and that just doesn't happen.

So instead, successful investing comes from making consistently good decisions over long periods of time.

Something Greg and I have talked about many times on this show.

Think about what derails investors.

It's rarely a lack of information.

There's so much information available.

There's too much.

It's typically emotion.

It could be fear.

Am I gonna lose everything? It could be greed.

It could be impatience, like it's not growing fast enough.

There's this temptation to chase what's working and the temptation to sell when things get uncomfortable.
